Lawn Enforcement Landscaping Unlimited, LLC is a full service landscape firm operating in Lower Fairfield County. We primarily concentrate on residential and commercial properties and it is our hope that we can be the one-stop for all of your landscape needs.

Our staff is the key to our success. We have high standards for our staff of 6 dedicated professionals, who speak English and will greet you on each and every visit to your home or office. Together with our fleet of 3 trucks, they will make every effort to exceed your expectations. 

From the moment you call our office, our goal is to be prompt and reliable. We will always send detailed itemized proposals for all work to be performed. Your phone calls will always be answered by our owner. In rear cases your call may be forwarded to our voice-mail system and will be returned as soon we complete the previous call or service. We look forward to working with you on the development and care of your property.

Communications: We believe communications between you, our customer and our management staff is the single most important aspect of our business. We provide timely updates for our lawn cutting season and during the winter season for our snow plowing services. This keeps you informed and up to date of the status of our service time tables. We also keep you informed and up to date with regards to seasonal updates and proper timing of the services we provide.

Lawn Services: We offer weekly and biweekly mowing scheduling. Your price includes mowing, edging along all walks and beds, and blowing of all walks, driveway areas and patios. Services are billed monthly with prepayment options available on contract renewals. We will bag the grass clippings when requested. Our mower sizes range from 21” to 52”. We will use the size mower most appropriate for your property. The crew will always leave a note detailing the service provided along with any notes concerning the condition of the property or items which may need attention.

Lawn aeration is offered on a once or twice per year basis with service occurring either in spring and fall. Aeration allows water and fertilizer to reach the roots more efficiently. Aeration is highly recommended to insure your lawn looks as close to golf course as possible.

Our fertilization programs are tailored to meet your needs and are based on the soil conditions for your property. We offer the standard six applications per year program.  Proper notification is always posted after an application has been made. Grub control is offered at an additional cost. This is due to the fact that grubs emerge at different times from May through October so one application of an insecticide may not be adequate. We also offer Tick Control spraying at your request

We offer leaf removal service in the fall and winter months with weekly, biweekly or monthly visits. Our leaf vacuum trucks make cleanup fast and efficient. You can rake the leaves yourself and we’ll do the vacuuming or we’ll do the job start to finish. Leaves are taken to local recycling centers where they are composted and added to soil blends and amendment mixtures.

We also offer complete lawn renovation with seed or sod that is appropriate for our climate. We use primarily deep rooted blends to suit your needs since your needs may be different depending on several factors such as the amount of Sun light you receive as well as the amount of traffic. Most seeding and sodding work is best performed in late summer but we will evaluate your situation and make the best recommendation possible. The key to any successful lawn renovation is proper watering. Please remember that sod needs long soakings to encourage the roots to reach into the soil while seed needs frequent light watering until the seed germinates.

Maintenance: Our maintenance programs are the fastest growing division of our company. We offer detailed bed maintenance that includes weed control and Mulching. Pruning and installations of seasonal color with annuals and perennials. Visits are scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or seasonally as needed to meet the requirements of your gardens.

We recommend hand pruning as opposed to shearing as shearing tends to eliminate flowering potential, encourage unattractive growth habits, and limit the life of the plant. Ideally, your shrubs should never looked as though they were just pruned if done properly. If you are wondering why your viburnum and spirea aren't flowering, it is most likely poor pruning habits. 

From early spring to mid-summer, we offer mulching of your trees, shrubs, and gardens. We are careful to use the right type of mulch and only apply it to the proper thickness. Our mulch is only made from the finest bark and wood products. This is great mulch for gardens as it does not mat down and prevent water from reaching the soil. It also helps aerate your garden as it works its way into the soil. Mulch should never be placed more than 2"-3" inches thick in any situation.

For seasonal color we offer a complete selection of annuals, perennials and bulbs. Our goal is to have color in your garden from late winter or early spring until late the following fall. We buy from local growers and can offer literally hundreds of planting options.

No matter the service being performed, our crew members will always leave a detailed note showing arrival and departure time, services performed and any problems seen . We usually assign a crew leader to a site and they are the contact person for that site for the entire season.

Installation: Landscape installation can encompass many different jobs. Primarily we are dealing with the installation of trees, shrubs, perennials and ground covers. All of our plant material comes from local wholesalers and is only purchased when needed for a specific job. We do not stock material that we must sell to reduce inventory. We hand pick each plant for your job to ensure that we chose the plants with the best form and optimum health. All plants are guaranteed for one growing season.

We will provide watering instructions to make sure that your investment is well cared for. 

On many jobs, we also see a need for hardscaping. With this term we are referring to paver walks and patios, modular retaining walls, natural stone walls and paths in addition to fences, gates, and arbors.

Our staff is experienced in all aspects of hardscaping so that you will not need subcontractors on site with the exception of certain projects. 

We also offer water garden installation for those that wish to add a unique element to the garden. We have both fiberglass inserts and liner ponds. We use the latest filtration systems and have local suppliers for aquatic plants and fish.

For the golfing enthusiast, we install and maintain Real Turf Putting Greens which is designed to be a simple or compiative Putting Green as you wish and is overseen with our Certified Turf Professional.

We also have site clearing and grading capabilities. Our Bobcat services are offered at competitive rates especially when used in the off season winter months.
